These Terms of Service ("Terms") form an agreement between you ("you," "your," or "user") and Community Supply Link ("CSL," "we," "us," or "our") governing your access to and use of CommunitySupplyLink.org, the embedded GoFundMe fundraiser, our Technology Services offering, and any donor, partner, volunteer, or transportation-request intake forms that link to these Terms (collectively, the "Site"). By accessing or using the Site, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Site.
1.Acceptance of these terms
By using the Site, contacting us, donating, or submitting an inquiry, you confirm that:
- You have read and understood these Terms;
- You agree to be legally bound by these Terms;
- You will comply with all laws that apply to you;
- You have authority to enter into these Terms for yourself or the organization you represent; and
- Information you provide to us will be accurate and not misleading.
These Terms incorporate by reference our Privacy Policy and Cookie Policy.
2.About Community Supply Link
Community Supply Link is a regional nonprofit logistics and technology network in startup and organizational development, based in Fruitland, Idaho, serving Western Idaho and Eastern Oregon. CSL's planned program divisions include Food Recovery, Community Transportation, Animal Support, Community Kitchen, the Connect Platform, and Technology Services. Program availability is described further in Section 8.
3.Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority in your jurisdiction, to donate, enter a Technology Services engagement, or submit a form on your own behalf. A parent, legal guardian, or authorized representative of an organization may act on behalf of a minor or entity where permitted by law.
4.Use of the Site
You agree not to use the Site to:
- Violate any applicable law or regulation;
- Submit false, fraudulent, or misleading information through any contact method or form;
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Site, its hosting infrastructure, or the GoFundMe embed;
- Interfere with or disrupt the Site's operation or security;
- Scrape, harvest, or copy Site content through unauthorized automated means; or
- Impersonate Community Supply Link, its staff, board, or volunteers.
5.Donations & fundraising
Our Fundraiser section embeds a widget operated by GoFundMe, Inc. Donations made through that widget are processed by GoFundMe and are governed by GoFundMe's own Terms of Service, including its fee structure, refund policies, and GoFundMe Giving Guarantee. Community Supply Link is the organizer of the campaign and receives proceeds and summary donor information from GoFundMe, but does not process or store your payment information.
Donations are intended to support Community Supply Link's general mission and startup costs unless a specific designation is offered and honored. We do not guarantee that a specific program, vehicle, route, or feature described on the Site will be funded, launched, or maintained by a particular date.
6.Volunteering, partnership & intake inquiries
You may contact us at hello@communitysupplylink.org, or through donor, partner, volunteer, and transportation-request forms once launched, to express interest in donating resources, volunteering, partnering with, or otherwise supporting Community Supply Link. Submitting an inquiry does not guarantee acceptance as a donor, partner, volunteer, transportation-program participant, or recipient organization. CSL evaluates inquiries based on program readiness, capacity, compliance requirements, and organizational fit, and may decline or delay any request at its discretion.
You are responsible for the accuracy of information you submit and for complying with any policies, screening, or agreements CSL requires before participating as a volunteer, driver, partner organization, or recipient.
7.Technology Services engagements
Community Supply Link Technology Services provides paid technology and software support to nonprofits and community-serving institutions, as described on the Technology section of the Site. An inquiry submitted through this Site is not itself a contract. A Technology Services engagement is governed by a separate written agreement or statement of work between CSL and the client, which will control the scope, price, timeline, and responsibilities for that engagement.
Nothing on this Site constitutes a specific technical, legal, financial, or compliance recommendation for your organization. General descriptions of available services are informational and do not guarantee availability, pricing, or delivery timelines.
8.Program availability & development disclosure
Descriptions of the six program divisions, expansion stages, capital priorities, and operating targets on this Site, and in materials such as our funder and sponsor overview, are planning statements of intent, not guarantees of a particular outcome, timeline, or funding level.
9.Intellectual property
The Community Supply Link name, "CSL" mark, logo, tagline "One Community. Many Needs. One Link.," and the Site's original text, design, layout, and graphics are owned by Community Supply Link or used under license. Except for the limited right to view and share Site content for lawful, non-commercial purposes, no right, title, or interest in this material is transferred to you.
10.Submissions you send us
When you email us or, once launched, submit a donor, partner, volunteer, or transportation-request form, you grant Community Supply Link permission to use that information to respond to your inquiry, evaluate your request, and operate the applicable program, consistent with our Privacy Policy. Do not send us information you are not authorized to share, or that is confidential to a third party.
11.Third-party links & services
The Site links to or embeds third-party services, including GoFundMe and Google Fonts. Those services are controlled by their respective operators and governed by their own terms and privacy policies. Community Supply Link is not responsible for third-party content, availability, or the handling of information you provide directly to a third-party service. A link does not imply endorsement.
12.No warranty
THE SITE AND ITS CONTENT ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE," WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, WHETHER EXPRESS, IMPLIED, OR STATUTORY, INCLUDING WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, TITLE, NON-INFRINGEMENT, ACCURACY, OR AVAILABILITY, TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW.
13.Limitation of liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, COMMUNITY SUPPLY LINK WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SITE OR RELIANCE ON ITS CONTENT, INCLUDING DAMAGES RELATED TO A DONATION PROCESSED BY GOFUNDME, A TECHNOLOGY SERVICES ENGAGEMENT GOVERNED BY A SEPARATE AGREEMENT, OR A PROGRAM THAT HAS NOT YET LAUNCHED. NOTHING IN THESE TERMS LIMITS LIABILITY THAT CANNOT BE LIMITED UNDER APPLICABLE LAW.
14.Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold Community Supply Link, its board, staff, and volunteers harmless from claims, damages, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising from your violation of these Terms or your misuse of the Site.
15.Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Idaho, without regard to its conflict-of-law principles, except where applicable consumer-protection law provides otherwise.
16.Informal resolution of disputes
If a dispute arises regarding the Site, a donation, an intake submission, or a Technology Services inquiry, please contact us first at hello@communitysupplylink.org so we can attempt to resolve it informally. A separately signed Technology Services agreement may include its own dispute-resolution terms, which will govern that engagement.
17.Changes to these terms
We may update these Terms as the Site and our programs change. The "Last updated" date above reflects the most recent revision. Your continued use of the Site after an update constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
18.Severability & entire agreement
If any provision of these Terms is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain in full effect. These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy and Cookie Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and Community Supply Link regarding the Site, except where a separate signed agreement (such as a Technology Services statement of work) expressly governs a specific engagement.
